oFlyingDutchman Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Just the title I remember playing it back when it was launched and it felt like the P-40, a glass engine and all Just wondering if they changed it over time since i gave it a try today and i was surprised by how it didnt blew even once and i gave little to no though over managing it while flying.
migmadmarine Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 As I recall the biggest management pitfall of the engine is that the RPM governor is slow reacting, the making rapid throttle changes damage the engine, so maybe you've become more cautious in your throttle work? 1

Well, last time i played with it, i was kindaish new and played lots and lots of germans After playing with other aircrafts and simply putting way more time into the sim, that may be it honestly 1 1
javelina Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 one of the most enjoyable birds I like to fly in BoX. I keep her below 3K meters, and never ham fist the RPM's, she's always brought me home. I've bagged many a Hun with her. 3
