Screen tearing and GPU Core not utilised during gameplay on IL-2

Having both IL2 and DCS, I can see DCS (and any other game title) 'utilises' the GPU core and mem, as to expect alongside any other game /sim - seeing clocks ramp up alongside power usage, temps etc.

With IL-2 however, this is not the case... The GPU is nowhere stressed at all, appearing at idle GPU core clocks, as well as screen tearing in the area seen where the prop rotates in front of the cockpit.

Having just seen a wonderfully visual 4K Youtube video of an IL-2 replay this morning, its prompted me to find a solution.

Spec is :

Ryzen 3600 OC'd to 4.6Ghz - latest BIOS and chipset (B550)

16GB Ram

Graphics card is Sapphire Nitro+ 6800XT with latest Adrenaline drivers

game runs off a 1TB M.2 drive

video display is 3400 x 1440.

FPS is not an issue but the quality of video is rubbish

Every other game that is run on this works flawlessly - expect IL-2 - it just doesn't seem to utilize the graphics card at all to re-create  what is possible as seen on others replays on YT, and what it does when compared to DCS.

Open to suggestions on this one please

First pic is IL-2 GPU load

Second pic is DCS GPU load.

Both are a constant around these values during gameplay

Solved - For anyone who uses AMD card as I am, a fellow poster Denum had the right suggestion in another thread ( legend)

Turn off HDR and SSAO. Make sure V-Sync is off also.

For some reason the HDR absolutely murders the 5700.
