Speed bug

Hello everybody, I've been experiencing a problem with the game's recording system, on certain occasions when I press the record game button the game gets slow as in slow motion, not as if it were lag, in fact my FPS remains stable but I can see that all move  slow. Then if I stop recording the plane moves very fast as if it were 800 km / h, it does not happen all the time, but on certain occasions when there are many people, or the server is full of things I have seen that it is more prone to this happening, so any idea what could be?
