Could the Ai and Player just have Navigation Lights off in the day and then on at night?

Simple request, just utterly fed up with seeing Christmas tree lights all over the taxiway/runway as the Ai and player aircraft blaze so brightly in the daylight for take-off.

Should some like this and others utterly hate it, could we please just have a simple switch/text edit, so the Nav lights can be switched off on the Ai, no matter where they are between (for example) 6am-9pm?

 

Simply put, please allow us to once and for all to disable the Nav Lights in the game.....PLEEEAAAASSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!

 

PS. I know there are MODS that try and do this, all have issues with limited success....a simple "Player and Ai Nav Lights On/Off" option/toggle switch would be so much more appreciated ?

I absolutely agree with your suggestion, but I would not bind it to a certain time, but instead would bind the Nav lights to the landing lights. So whenever aircrafts, which are equipped with landing lights, turn them on, then turn on the Nav lights, too.

They also need to fix this for MP. Lights are brighter in the day than at night?!
