I have my game machine - and second PC as a DServer.

Is it possible to build missions only on a 3rd (laptop) computer without purchasing BoS again?

If you own a module... you own it and can download it. The mission editor comes with the game. So yes, you can build missions as you see fit on any computer you have if the game is on said computer. :coffee:

The system might get alarmed if you log on simultaneously from multiple computers though?

I was testing downloading the game from various VMs several times few years ago and never had any troubles.
Crazy to think that decades ago EA digital games were limited by 3 times activation and till today all DCS modules still have such limit.

They don't anymore - that system was dumped two or so years ago. Now it's all login-authentication method, just like in Il-2.

Are you sure? I could swear I needed to provide Black Shark 2 and some other models cd keys a year ago and half a year ago.

You mean old, boxed versions of Black Shark or Warthog? I guess there might be some limitation if they're installed in "original" way - as separate video games off their DVDs. However, if these old CD-keys are bound to your accout in ED shop, you can install them as modules in DCS World - as many times as you want. The same applies to pre-Harrier digitally-purchased modules (I think it was the first one which didn't have serial number anymore, but I can be wrong).
