I've just finished Panzer Ace by Richard Von Rosen.  While not a technical book, it was an excellent biographical from the perspective of a Tiger (and later King Tiger) commander.

I heard Carius's Tigers in the Mud is good and if you like to listen to books while driving there is a free version on You Tube you can listen to.  I've listened to parts of it - pretty good.

Not strictly about Tigers, but of course Kursk involved some of the best-known Tiger battles. I haven’t read it myself, but Roman Töppel has done a lot of research into Panzers, so this is on my wishlist.
