Antialiasing and Spotting

Has anyone noticed the effect of antialiasing on spotting? Are you able to spot aircraft further with or without antialiasing? I am curious as to other people's experience with this.

As general rule: 

Higher antialiasing -> better ID but worst spotting

Lower antialiasing -> worst ID but better spotting

MSAA 2 is the sweet spot in my experience at 1440p

Without AA it is simming like it’s 1999.
