X56 Hotas Profiles to share? (and trackir questions)

Hi All

 

Brand new player here, been around xplane and MSFS a fair bit though. Trying to shortcut my setups. 

I am using a seated simracing rig with triples, but since this game does not (?appear?) have proper triple screen

I intend to use it in in VR like with MSFS. SO: 

 

1. Does anyone have a good x56 hotas controller profile to share, (stick and throttle control)
as once you go into VR the  muscle memory of where everything is becomes a tad critical and hoping someone else did the legwork of mapping out the critical stuff in fingers reach. 

2. I used TrackIR with my Xplane profile but it was very "juddery" panning over the landscape, is this an issue with TrackIR implimentation in triples? 
(its silky smooth in VR even on very pumped up settings) (i9 9900kf, 64gb, nv3080ti).

When I force the game into single screen resolution its smooth again though. Odd since technically the VR is more demanding than the triples on all my other flight and simracing games.

Assistance appreciated , with any notes about why you prefer that hotas controller setup.
