How to full disable zoom on mouse scroll?

Hello people, hope everybody is doing fine!
Im having an issue with zoom. 
I use zoom in/out in a button, one in mouse, one in controller. 

In other games i use the mouse scroll to control the propeller pitch, and last time i played it was working, but every time i closed and opened the game, the game automatically binded the mouse scroll with zoom, and take off my propeller pitch. 
Now it isn't even doing the input when i change it. 
Can you guys help me?
