100% General , 120% super sampling  , motion smoothing off , MSAA 2x , settings Ultra custom , Shadows ultra , clouds high , HDR on . 

 

Result 40/45 fps  no lag ore warping and super crispy clear view in cockpit . 

 

Finally planes are in distance not distorted .
