Add individual gear shifting keys and separate axis accel and decel for tanks and trucks

Kindly add feature that bind each gear keys 1 to 4 and Reverse (not just limiter) and separate axis for accel and brake(decel and reverse when auto shifiting) for driving wheel users and advanced users.

That arcadey tank/plane game has this.   Then GB should also have it! I would like to bind the gas peddle and brake or clutch to my brake axis on my rudder controller.

I agree that the tank controls need to be improved, but I'd much rather have a single key for gear up and another one for gear down, for the following three reasons:

- It saves on yet more key bindings that I need to remember. 

- IRL, there's only one gearstick anyway.

- Generally, you never go up or down more than one gear at once.
