i have the steam edition of IL2 BOS was wandering if i can use this store to buy DLC and still install to the steam version of the game, i am shure this question must have been asked many times but i cannot find any info on the forum

Yes, that's exactly what I did.  You just need to link your accounts. Search these forums there's lots of info on how to do that
