Where can I find reticle explanations?

HI All,

 

I've been looking for some explanation for the tank gun reticles with no luck. Can someone point me to an article or youtube video explaining what the different scales mean on the different gun reticles?

 

I've played a few rounds online using German tanks and I've just been guesstimating that the first scale on top is hundreds of meters and making adjustments based on the hit location. I did find a great explanation on how to use the different marking to estimate the range (mils). But, I can't find anything that breaks down what the different scales mean on the German tanks, (for example).
