Graphical issues

Hello, I just purchased this game and Im trying to set up my graphics and the game is extremely laggy even though I can run DCS extremely well on highest settings. I put it on low setting and it was still laggy. Can any one help me?

If you can run DCS you can run IL-2 even better. Something is up with your system or settings.

If you have an onboard graphic chip for office work additional to your gaming gpu maybe your system tries to use the wrong one - happens to me sometimes

Need more details on what else you have going on and your computer setup so what are your computer specs?

Do you have other programs running in the background that could be adding to the lag, something downloading,

antivirus updating or doing a scan, or other programs?

      When the game is laggy what are you doing when you experience this?

also, is it IL-2 Great Battles series or Cliffs of Dover?

System specs and settings.

 

If running AMD card. Turn off SSAO and V sync.
