How to handle mic feedback/echoing

Hello guys, I have an external mic, not headset, and I get quite a bout of feedback noise/echo. Is there some type of filter to apply to this app to remedy that?

@IV./JG51_Braunn Check that you have "No Mic Output/Passthrough" selected below audio preview on the General page. That will eliminate the talk back echo effect you may be experiencing.

Thanks man,  but no joy. Still have the echo and feedback. 

 

Edit: Lowered the mic boost setting in windows. Seem to have helped.

Just another idea to explore - you may have audio playing back on two devices, which causes an echo effect since Windows often doesn't push out the audio to multiple devices at the exact same rate.
