1.adding smoke launchers S-mine launchers as possible modification and making it as functional

about turret mounted smoke launchers(Nebelwurfgerät)

source wiki : Starting in August 1942, Wegmann prepared turrets for installation by welding mounting brackets to the turret sides and drilling holes for the wiring so that the troops could mount the device by themselves. Complete Nebelwurfgerät were mounted by the assembly plants starting in October 1942. During a reported action in February 1943, enemy small arms fire had inadvertently set off the smoke grenades inside their launcher tubes resulting in the temporary blinding and incapacitation of the tank crew. Because of this hazard, the Nebelwurfgerät was no longer mounted after June 1943

about Smine launchers(Minenabwurfvorrichtung)

source wiki:The device was subsequently adopted as standard equipment on new production Tiger I tanks during January through October 1943. On the standard Tiger I, five launchers (four on Panzerbefehlswagen) were mounted around the periphery of the hull roof, one at each corner and one halfway along the left hull side. As future plans were being made to install the 360° traversable Nahverteidigungswaffe, fired from the interior of the turret, the Minenabwurfvorrichtung was discontinued in early October 1943 after only a few hundred Tiger Is had been equipped with them.

as i see the pictures from battle of kursk

some tanks still have this luanchers and some tanks removed it

it varies so as Smine launchers

so it'd be nice to make it as option for palyers to choose as possible modification since the implementation of these devices were varied tank by tank

knocked out panther at prokhorovka(equipped with smoke launcher on the turret)

this tiger(kursk 1943) is equipped with smoke luanchers

these(kursk 1943) are not equipped with smoke launchers although all of them are equipped with Smine launchers on top of the hull

2.making it able for the players to switch to loaders position and open the loaders hatch

yes it is nothing to do with game play

but since we have incredibly well made interior

why not give the players option to look around from loaders point of view

so they can appreciate the interior more

i know there are many of them buy this product just for gameplay

but there are also many of us who bought this to explore the tank itself (as some kinf of museum piece haha since not all of the poeple can visit museum and see the interior of the tank)

3.making it possible for the players to control the turret traversing speed

also making the gun traverse switchable between hydraulic to manual traverse

it'd add more realsitic feeling to gunplay also give more option for fine adjsutment for aiming the distant target

although these are not critically related to gameplay

since il-2 is more closer to sim rather than just a game

i decided to make this suggestion for the improvement of the quality as tank simulation

thx

Great pics Brother Noel.  I hadn't seen that 123 before.  My new screen saver!!

I totally agree on the smoke and just would like to add that we need a method to replace dead tankers.  Especially when the commander goes down.  The Funker position, if not also dead, should be able to fill in after a couple minutes or so.  Even if the tank needs to be stationary to do it.
