P-51D "Little Santa" skin

Has anyone given this P-51D skin a go, the one from the IL2 homepage?

 

Does anyone have any more info about it. Was it a real nose art? and if so who flew it?, what was the bu No. etc, etc?

Looks like I miss read it and it's Little Sandra, not Santa  Never mind we got there in the end.

After a look through my IL2 skins store I found I have at least two versions of this P-51D  It naturally helps when you know what you're looking for
