Driver's controls

I am a little disappointed by the driving controls of Tank Crew. Although the physics of suspension and tracks really fascinate me and seem to be modeled in depth, I'd tear myself an arm off for a working clutch, brake and gas pedal as well as a manual transmission. Only having one axis for forward backward movement including brakes really makes it feel arcade-like and makes me regret the price I paid for this otherwise great simulation... 

 

Is there any plan to attend this?
