AI flying straight and level

The first part of this video shows an undamaged Fw-190A8. After a couple of bursts as he passed in front of me, I've paused the video to display the minor damage. The two hits in the canopy make me wonder if the AI pilot may have been wounded as he stopped maneuvering completely. I'm not sure I've seen similar behavior in AI pilots after thousands of hours of flying in Great Battles against any level of AI. After getting a few hits on the Fw-190 as it crossed in front of me, he straightened out his turn and flew straight and level until I closed in and lit him up. He bailed out as his fighter went down in flames. The video was shot from the gun camera port on the left wing of the P-51 I was flying. The picture was zoomed in which makes the target appear closer than it was actually. Most of the shots I took were between 350-500 yards until I closed in at the end of the video. The development team has worked hard to improve the AI in this series. If this was the result of the AI pilot being injured by gunfire and no longer capable of maneuvering, then I'm impressed. If it was just a computer program glitching to create an illusion of human like behavior in my mind, then it was cool to experience.
