MC.202 Series VIII – Great Aircraft

There is something very satisfying in flying the MC.202, and with the Breda cannon.

 

The cockpit in VR is also the best o have seen so far. I love those instruments!

Just love this bird.

It's a delightful airframe to fly around but the Breda .50cals were abysmal last time I tried. Low rate of fire. Will have to give the machine a spin again tonight. Cheers!

One thing I noticed with this bird is how fast it is ON THE GROUND.

 

When taxiing, careful with the throttle because you'll be at 50kmph just like that.

At a 170yd convergence in the MC.202 against a Lagg3 in QM's I can use iron sights and they work great. The ace AI Lagg3 can take a load of punishment from the MC.202 but will ultimately fall. The MC.202 is a much easier plane to fly than the La-5/8.
