Help with my TM Warthog settings

SORRY FOR ASKING THIS QUESTION AGAIN! But I have tried all suggestions from previous posts

Hi all.

 I’m having massive problems with mapping input to my Hotas.  In the menus, I map the buttons, switches or axis, ensure there are no conflicts and all is well in the menus, ie the buttons and switches label correctly, and I can see the axis needle moving in the axis configuration setup. However, once I enter the plane, hardly anything works. I cannot map trimming functions, mixture, rpm or anything.

I have tried deleting my device file in the input folder, setting it all to NOT read only but as soon as i go back to file properties its back to read only.

I have tried it with the TARGET software and still same result, nothing moves in the plane (pitch and roll are not a problem, its the Propeller RPM and mixture controls)  

 Any ideas?  Just for the record, in DCS and MSFS my HOTAS gives me not a single problem

The default key press in TARGET software is a "PULSE"............. this will not work for RPM/MP, FLAPS (except for P-51) TRIM, COWLS, RADIATORS................ those all need to be "HOLD" function presses.  In TARGET make sure you change the "Pulse" to "Hold" and resave them and it will work fine.
