Are there Anti-Tank Hammers? Like modern Warhammers, but explodey!

"I did a thing" just did a Video on these Exploding Hammers, and I was immediately Fascinated. There were sticky Mines and thrown Anti-Tank Grenades, but were there ever Hammers with an RPG or other Head on the End?

If people were brave enough to Sabotage Tanks with Tar and a Brush, why not have a Guy with something to prove and a Thor Thundergod Complex hammer Bradleys, Strykers, BMPs and BRDs and maybe the occasional M113 into Submission?
These Guys are doing it without any Protection, I bet you could make an RPG Hammer safe-ish for the User as well.

You don‘t fight guys like these with tanks. You just hand them more explosives.

There are videos out there of Russian anti tank grenades RKG-3 being used. They have to get really close.

Panzerhammer, wie Panzerfaust oder Panzerbüchse.
At least colloquially.

Officially it would be: Schlagmine (lang) mit Hohlladungskopf 10cm.
