New PiTool Setting for Pimax Users might smooth gameplay

Hi ya, new setting is called Compulsive Smooth setting.  One can set it to Close, 1/2, or 1/3.  I have tested it on 1/2 on my 2080 8K-X combo and it smooths things out nicely.

Forced smoothing (1/2) at 90FPS gives me the same feeling as smart projection. The ghosting is very serious. I would rather go back to 72FPS and turn off these
