yank Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 (edited) Skinners I would like to request 2 personal skins, if I may, Would like them in shiny aluminum, with clean panel lines, with some light exhaust stains. Would someone please do my request. 1. P38J25 [Lighting Strikes], a lighting bolt, [in red w/ the word Lighting Strikes in middle of bolt [fancy lettering in black]. the nose art on both sides of the fuse. Yellow spinners, cowl front, main wing tips, top and bottom of elevators, both sides, in and out. A black triangle on outside of elevators w/serial # 514316 inside the triangle in white. Fuse codes D LT 2. P47D28. B&W Checker cowl [back to front of cowl flaps, [Noseart] A cave man w/club on fuse front just behind cowl flaps size will leave up to you, And the word "THUMPER" angled and First letter Big and the rest get smaller in Yellow w/Red out line. Fuse code D LT, Rudder-black The noseart on both sides of fuse. I know that this may seem like a lot, but I would appreciate this very, very mush. yank Posted October 7, 2021 Author Posted October 7, 2021 Hi Patrick The fix you did is good, how ever the fuse noseart has not changed. The left one needs to be moved rear ward and down { if you look at the screenshot at top, you will see the lines "crude" I drew showing where it needs to go} You need to zoom in on pic to see it Same for the right side of fuse noseart. As a suggestion, {not telling you how to do your job}maybe scale down a little on noseart to get it to fit correctly. Of course it is your call as how to do this. I am not nick picking your work, in fact your work is very good. And I appreciate all your hard work and time. When you get time, please adjust . Thank you again. nice job. Every thing else is good. Regards Yank
