Serious issue with hitbox

There seems to be a serious issue with the hit/damage box on aircraft, ships, buildings etc.

 

Last week I made this topic https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/74240-bug-or-not/ with a bomb passing through a ship without it detonating.

 

This week I experienced that I get hit and head killed when the bullets actually is nowhere near my aircraft. Buildings still stand even though the bombs explode directly under them.
