Exterior Camera views don't work

None of the camera views other than the cockpit view work. All the exterior views (F2, F3, F4) of my plane and the friendly and enemy views (F5, F6, etc.) don't work. It seems to have occurred when I downloaded the last update, though I can't say so for sure. When I look at my Flight Records all the views - cockpit - exterior - work fine. Any suggestions? Thanks

In the realism options ensure that "Allow Spectators" is checked. That should do it.

Not to state the obvious, but does your keyboard have an F Lock button? Done it to myself a few times.

In the realism options make sure you're on normal. (green) Expert (orange) will not give you outside views.
