Stalingrad helicopters

Hi there I was wondering if you could get helicopters in the Stalingrad version of the game.

I've seen lots of things on YouTube. Don't believe everything you see on YouTube...

 

There are no helicopters in IL-2 GB.

There were no helicopters at the battle of Stalingrad.

 

Helicopters only saw very limited use during WW2. If you want helicopters, you will probably have to wait for IL-2 GB Korea, if they ever get around to making it.

Since this question is in IL-2: Sturmovik 1946 forum, in this version you can fly helicopters.

Those may have been several mods in Il-2 1946 but nothing official.

 

Autogyros are not helicopters but are rotary winged - a Cierva autogyro was originally planned for Cliffs of Dover, and a Kamov autogyro for the original Battle of Moscow (originally to have been built on the Cliffs of Dover "storm of war" game engine) - however, both were cancelled.

The Jet Era module of B.A.T.(a must for people with enough storage and love for 1946 :D) for 1946 has few Cold war era Helicopters like Mi-8 and Mi-24 and maybe more.
