Finished a diorama

June 14th, 1944. 21-year-old Lieutenant George Sutcliffe claws for altitude attempting to reach the safety of a cloud layer at 2000 feet after being jumped by over 20 ME109 fighters. Both planes are near stalling with the 109 edging closer to Sutcliffe's 6 after overshooting the P-47 in a diving attack.

 

Models are both Revell 1/32 scale.
