we really need the winter map

i would be very cool, literally, or is there a mod for it? i know i can use others maps, but be good to get one for porky

Yes you can set the season settings for all the quick missions - you can pick the season.  Many of the user made scripted campaigns feature winter- Wacht Am Rhein is a great one.  Of course when Finnish is off the current Kuban map it has frequent winter rotations where the Stalingrad and Moscow maps com into pplay.  I think even Advance and Secure has some winter maps.  They're out there.

 

PS I hate the winter maps on Finnish because our tanks stick out like sore thumbs from above.

Yes, because there was no winter combat there.

oh really, sorry then, its just when you see the screen splash etc for starting a game it shows the tanks in winter setting.

you can play that scenario in moscow winter map

where fw190 a3 flying over the pz3 and 4's 

or improvise as if tiger was there who know there might be a tiger prototype in moscow since it;s combat debut was 42 august

and the battle of moscow ends in 42 april 

its plausible
