New Server Setting

Not sure if it can be done or not, but it would be very helpful to allow the server to set grass detail options for more serious gameplay.  Currently there is no way to regulate this setting and the differences for players trying to setup fair and equal simulation quality battlefields is just not available.  The ability to use cover especially from a ground war perspective is not viable if players can simply turn off grass detail and have an unobstructed view into what for many players represents adequate cover.

If server dont control it, players will abuse it.
