echo-2 Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Hi, I accidentally lost d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll from bin\game folder. Could you share them? ❤️
Beebop Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 That's an odd one. How did that happen? Did you try starting the game using the Launcher? You could just re-download the game. If you got the game through Steam I believe that an integrity check could solve your problem? (not sure as i am not a Steamer)

(not sure as i am not a Steamer) I deleted them into the recycle bin because i've found a mod interested me. This mod has its own d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll. But it was outdated and didnt work, so after this I had opened my recycle bin and restored original files without deleting mod's files. After all, probably recycle bin doesnt replace files if you restore the same. Files from the recycle bin just disappear. 1 час назад, Beebop сказал: You could just re-download the game. I dont use Steam so it will take too much time to re-download it. I hope someone help me.
Rjel Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 I recently reinstalled the game. It took 15-20 minutes from start to finish. Transferring saved files included. Unless you’re on dial up it doesn’t take that long. I doubt file sharing is something that will be encouraged here.

ALWAYS use JSGME for mods. What JSGME does is direct the game to use the modded files and leaves the original game files intact. That way if you don't like the mod or for any other reason it is unsuitable you can disable it and the game returns to it defaults. 20 minutes ago, echo-2 said: After all, probably recycle bin doesn't replace files if you restore the same. Files from the recycle bin just disappear. If you place things in the Recycle bin and later want them back (as long as you don't empty the Recycle Bin in the meantime) it restores them to their original place they were recycled from. If another file with the same name is there (like your modded file) it will ask you if you want to replace it. Say yes and the file is restored. And, as Rjel said, reinstalling the game doesn't take all that long and it's too good a game to quibble over the little bit of time it would take to do so. If time is an issue try downloading the game overnight. Set it up before you go to bed, let it run, then when you get up it should be ready to go. 1
Zeev Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Never delete your files. Rename -> file.dll into file.dll1 or backup the file into a backup folder. Especially when we are talking about mods. 1
echo-2 Posted September 17, 2021 Author Posted September 17, 2021 I just cleaned updates folder and the game checked all files by itself.
