cursor in cockpit ???

I have had this game for 1 week and like it, BUT, why don`t the cursor work to click on the switches ? Are the switches clickable and if they are how do you get the cursor to work ? My mouse [trackball] moves the view left, right, up, down, up, etc. Any help and info appreciated.

Cockpits are not clickable

For Great Battles 1CG got an alliance with the button box industry ??

For Il-2 Cliffs of Dover and Desert Wings some of the cockpit items are clickable.

 

For the rest of the products, the cockpits aren't - just use the keyboard or map the controller - there aren't that many controls (these aircraft are relatively primitive - it is only around 1955 that things become mind-numbingly complex).

Well, there's about six pages of posts telling you why, in this topic:

Cursor in cockpit? I'm always shouting F%cK!!!! when I get waxed, which means it's always one long f%%%%%%%%%%cK!!! the whole time in the cockpit.
