THORN Squad - We are recruiting - Open to anyone who can fly UK/EU times.

Thorn is a long-established squad (over 20 years), extremely friendly and helpful, all age groups, now looking for some additional pilots for fun flying and/or league matches.

 

We fly relaxed realism servers such as the IL2 Air Attack, Beloga, and EU servers.   

 

Pilots meet up on an adhoc basis when it suits them during the week but we also have a weekly team night on a Tuesday evening where we grab a beer and generally go into the EU server and fly a mixture of bombers and fighters. 

 

We support the IL2 Air Attack community which arranges league matches and events with Squads across the world, US/UK/Europe/Australia and match times are generally organised so all time zones can take part - typically 8pm or 9pm UK times on a Saturday night. 

 

Feel free to drop in and fly with us if you see us in a server or post here for more information. 

 

Experienced and new pilots welcome (we will help with everything from game installation to tactics) and we would also be interested in pilots with match experience, tactics etc.
