What is the best VR for IL-2

Looking for better vr for IL-2. I have a Tobi, it works with Tracknoir, but, it has issues. It also works fine for MSFS and DCS, but still limits. Ranking Best to worst, what would you get. I hear the  Pimax, a bit pricy, and I hear bad about Occulas. 

If funds are limited, what would you get, and if you had say $700 to spend what would you get

I have Ryzen 5 3600 and 16GB ram with AMD rx5700 with XT bios. With quest 2 its playable, but just barely. I must sacrifice quality for framerates. The G2 has even more Pixels (2160x 2160 per eye) than quest 2 (1832×1920 per eye). Bottom line is you will need more video card. My next card will be 3070TI if I can ever find one and I am hoping that is enough to play with decent quality. Not great quality, but decent. The way it is now I have a hard time identifying aircraft friend or foe if the weather is not prefect.
