merging 2 templates

ok, quick question, usually i on downloaded templates theres one file, but on some theres 2, diff parts of the plane, how do i merge them in ps to make one full template for a skin?

mm just havent got this with any of the others, 2 templates for diff parts, but how to combine for end result?
