Underdogging in the park

The definition of underdogging, is fighting at a disadvantage, as the underdog. Just in case anyone was offended by mistakenly interpreting it differently.

 

Well it all started out innocently enough, I attacked the balloon and an Se5 spawned in to protect it, followed by 76 Sqdn Bulldog, but then he got 76 Sqdn Father Ted, and Waggaz in a Spad to join him. Then Ryanair Modzel and another Ryanair turned up, both in Se5s. There were Se5s as far as the eye could see with a Spad on top! After viewing the sortie log, it would appear there was at least one other Se5 there who I knew from the past.

 

For me, there is nothing more exciting than being in a fight like this, against some very experienced pilots in a plane that was more holes than plane, I was literally shaking as much as the aircraft at the end.

 

Thx to the Entente pilots for all the fun.

It was a great fight and as I had lost my height advantage over you in accepting the duel, your prop stalls were deadly and I did my best not to be entrapped; however, it was a close call, even with Father Ted and Waggaz in company. It was the best flying I have seen in a long time by an honourable foe who knew he had his chips but gave as good as he got. I remember pasting you with 303s in one prop hang I think but you kept on going to parachute out later to safety (I got the kill but Flugpark said no!). 

 

Remarkable stuff and the fight really got the adrenalin pumping!
