Joystick Not working in IL2 CoD

I've setup my joystick via joystickwizard but when I play the game, although my guns work, flaps and under carriage works with my joystick buttons, my roll, pitch and rudder doesn't work. I have the Thrustmaster  16000M with throttle and rudder pedals. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How many controllers do you have?  If you have more than one, then the ID's may conflict.

 

Have you tried going into the game and setting up the axes manually?

 

I would recommend if you have not already done so, to read the 'Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide'.

Thanks mate. I figured it out eventually. It had something to do with my controller settings in Steam.
