Can not buy the game

Good day all. I wanted to buy Battle of Moscow + Tank crew on the IL2 website. I do not own any other IL2 modules. I made an account, put the items in the cart and wanted to pay.

I chose credit card(visa) since paypal doesnt seem to be an option, entered all of my data and clicked on "pay". Instead of a confirmation I received the info that my payment has been cancelled, without bothering to tell me why. I retried a thousand times for two days now, but always the same result. Is there a way to pay via PayPal? Any help would be appreciated.
