The pachanga party music is priceless. 

 

Nonetheless its a beautiful show when nothing goes too wrong.   It's amazing the stabilizing effect of the wheel's rotational movement on take-off. BTW, the same involved in bullets, cannon projectiles and missiles predictable trajectories.

 

The chronometer is counting down for this activity becoming a trend in the USA or any other western country.

Seriously though, the spinning is what gyro stabilises the trajectory, simply clever piece of design, I bet a lot of trial and error went into the development of that
