Can't purchase planes

Never had any issues before buying planes from the website before, I've bought from both Steam and the Official website.

Tried buying 2 collector planes through both paypal, and several different credit cards and it just keeps saying payment failed. 

Was really looking forward to flyiing on my weekend but sent tickets to both Xsolla and 1c and nobody has gotten back to me yet.

Never had an issue like this. Also didn't want to purchase the two planes on steam since it's $17 on the website or $60.88 on Steam.

Ridiculous.

 

Also I should mention this isn't any Adblocker thing since that is all disabled and I have purchased planes before with no issues.
