In the Cooperative  'Create Server' dialog in IL2 there is a box to enable SRS and enter the IP address:port.   What IP address and port are required?  Your assigned IPv4 address?

See "Setup for Servers", 2/3 of the way down in this post. It mentions port 6002 (TCP and UDP) and the "public IP" (which I assume is supposed to be the IPV4 address of the actual SRS server).

Thanks.   I did follow those server instructions using the 127.0.0.1:6002 address in the coop server creation page, but when I hit 'Continue'  Il2 began processing, but never stopped.   All I had was the spinning processing icon until I shut the game down with Task Manager.

Rather than 127.0.0:6002, try the following procedure on the server to obtain the IPV4 address (i.e., ipv4address:6002):

1. Type "Cmd" in the Windows search box and press Enter.
    A command window opens.
2. In the command window, type "ipconfig" and press Enter.
The "IPv4 Address" line gives the server IP address.

Ah,  the ipv4 address is what you need.   Both as the address for the SRS server module and the IL2 coop configuration. Thanks.   The instructions make it sound like you have to use the 127.... address.
