Saving setting for the reinstall of the game

Hi everyone,

 

Just wondering if it is possible to save your controls settings and default cockpit views (as I've tweaked them a bit) into a separate file which I could keep somewhere on my hard drives? Or maybe there is a file in the game folder which I could simply copy with all my settings right now. Thanks

/Data/input for your controls and /data/luascripts/snapviews for cockpit views.

Don't forget your all of the missions you have downloaded, and your graphics folder for skins/textures.......... and a Mods folder if you use those.  Get a Dump Truck Hard drive or SSD to keep a living back up of your game.  You can always delete IL2 and copy and paste the known good, clean install into the games drive.. I don't install games on the C drive... just for that reason.
