Need PW reset on my account

(Not sure where this would go.)

 

Need help from a tech. Need a PW reset as I can't log in to my account.

 

New PC.

Downloaded everything.

PW doesn't work.

Opened a ticket 2 days ago.  No response yet. Or even a message stating the rest request was received.

Received an e-mail from Support this morning.

 

"For a password recovery use "Forgot password" on login page on our website.
You need to logout before you do it."

 

I've bolded the key phrase as that was the issue.  That should be part of the FAQ IMO.

 

All set now in any case.
