Hi Guys,

So i just got my new Tir 5 and im having a ball.

Adds great imersion to the sim.

1 small problem im finding is that i feel too up front in the pit and wud like to sit back further.

Is there an fov slider of some kind that i could use to change the view?

Thx in advance...

There are posts here about how to set your initial head position in the cockpit, that will help.

You can both change the fov

And default pilot head position, up/down, front/back, and side to side.

Just look up in the forum serch part.

Go to Settings -> Key Mapping -> Pilot head control.

Make sure when you set up zoom to make the button press a "Hold" function or it will seem like its not working. Turn off your TIR and use the head positioning commands to put your head/view where you want it to be by default, then hit F10 turn TIR back on, and it's now saved, use zoom to change +/-

Good luck

What do you mean by “make the button press a hold function”?  I have TrackIR and I mapped pilot head zoom in and zoom out to buttons on my HOTAS but they aren’t working.
