Mouse is scrolling on other monitors in a multi-monitor setup

Description of problem:

 

I currently use 3 monitors. The left-one for watching YT or Spotify or whatever is needed, the middle monitor is for the game. This is also my main monitor. The right monitor is used to for Discord or Teamspeak.

 

If I am flying or tanking ingame and I use to the mouse to look around and then the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. Discord or YT or whatever app is opening on the adjacent monitor starts scrolling. For example if Discord is open then it starts scrolling up and down the chat window. My mouse courser is not visible at all except ingame when it should be visible.

 

What I have tried:

 

I tried it with fullscreen turned on and with it turned off and I get the same result.

I checked in the "startup.cfg" and "exclusive = 1" so that also not the problem.

 

I have attached my "DxDiag.txt" with my system specs and my monitor details and all.

Any help? This is a bug since it happened even when I got my new computer.

I think you should check you multi-monitor settings in the Windows OS settings. Make sure your main monitor is really

set as your main monitor - the frame symbolizing your main monitor should show a big "1".

It is set as my main monitor
