Ships in Harbor half sunk

Placed a few enabled active ships, docked in the Antwerp harbor (early morning).

Some are half sunk. Placing (on ground) them a little off the shore does not fix this .. what's wrong? Captains drunk?

It could be that they're too close to the beachhead and are stuck in the sand.
