This looks really good! Covers Operation Market Garden from the viewpoint of an RAF Glider Pilot, a German soldier and a dutch resistance fighter, hopefully it makes it way to Amazon prime eventually!

It's about securing naval access to Antwerp, via the Scheld estuary.

Ohhh wow... thanks for the correction! I assumed Operation Market Garden.  Never heard of this battle, definitely want to check this out even more now

One of the reasons M-G was such a failure is that Montgomery neglected securing the Scheldt Estuary in his myopia on M-G. The amount of tonnage that moved through Antwerp once the Scheldt was open was staggering, and basically supplied the armies that invaded Germany in 1945.

Now there's some basics for a campaign; alas we still don't have enough player vehicles, like a willys jeep, or some allied supply truck, and of course infantry.

Yeah, i know, don't come with that 'it's a flight sim' again .. there's already a lot more in IL2 already so why not.
