Download stuck at precisely 24.08 gigabytes. The usual download speed was around 6mb/s, now it's also stuck at 1.41mb/s. What's happening?

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums so please tell me if I'm not where I need to be for this.

I'm trying to download Il-2 Battle of Moscow, I have downloaded the client from the website, followed the instructions, and the download went smoothly until it hit the 24.08 gigabyte completion mark. It's been stuck like this on another machine too, where I thought that the issue was in the external drive I was installing the game to. Here I am installing it to the internal desktop storage. This is the standalone version bought from the Il-2 store. I'll be happy to provide any other specific info if needed. Please help me.

My apologies, I only now noticed the big "support" button at the top. I have submitted a ticket, but would still like to know if anyone else had the same problem and/or if it has been resolved
