Need help with Camera Controls for Flight Records

• Is there a way I could do really slow and smooth dolly shots? Using the free camera slow mode is still too fast for me. And using my Stick as camera movement are too chunky and way too fast.
• Can I use my head tracker for camera movements like Camera Local rotation? I know you can do this for attached camera position, but that's not what I'm aiming for.

 

I'm doing another cinematic video soon, and I wanted the cinematography to be really good. But I'm limited to these cinematographic techniques above.
