Where can we find skin templates for things such as tank tracks?

I've seen where these textures are meant to go, but I can't find where people get the original textures. I want to edit some textures for the inside of the M4A2, but I can't find them anywhere!

 

If you know where to find them please let me know!

Unfortunately, however, I haven't found a way to edit the crew compartment.

@gunmetalstug What I mean is where do these guys get the textures?
